Shipments and Returns

Deliveries

Packages are generally dispatched on the same day provided that payment is received by 2PM.This is due to the collection time table of our courier partners for collections from our warehouse.

We use the following Courier and Postage Services

	Delivery Times 2 Working Days to Major Centers and Up to 5 Working Days to outlying areas. Service Type Door to Door Maximum Weight 30kg Additional Services After Hours to 8PM, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday Deliveries. Additional fees apply.
	Delivery Times 2 to 3 Working Days and up to 5 Working Days to outlying areas. Service Type Counter to Counter Maximum Weight 5kg
	Delivery Times 7 to 9 Working Days to a PEP Store closest to you. Service Type PEP Store to PEP Store Maximum Weights 5kg to 10kg and items must fit into a bag.
	Delivery Times Unreliable Delivery Times Maximum Weight 10kg
	Collections are Welcome Your are welcome to collect your order from us or have your own courier do the collection. Collections are only allowed after your payment has been processed and cleared. We will provide you with our collection address. Collection Times: 3PM to 5PM - Monday to Friday

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Parcel Tracking

We supply you with a copy of the waybill issued by The Courier Guy, Postnet or The South African Post Office. Paxi deliveries are supplied with information via SMS.

Returns

Return deliveries to AutoMarine will be at the customers expense and if a refund is approved it will exclude all courier or postage fees.
